Warranty

The manufacturers of products sold by Loop America warrant the products sold in the USA and Canada by authorized Loop America dealers to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty extends for the periods stated below:

Ampetronic – 5 years, when registered at http://www.ampetronic.co/Register-your-warranty (2 years when not registered)
Univox – 5 years
Hearing Loops Inc – Limited Lifetime (see Warranty - Hearing Loops Inc for more information)

This is from the date of purchase by the original consumer. Any products returned to Loop America and found to be defective by Loop America within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at Loop America option, at no charge. Loop America will not be responsible for the actual cost of installation or removal of the product, nor for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply. This warranty gives specific legal rights. There maybe additional legal rights that vary from state to state.
